sidm1810 Posted January 4, 2014 Report Share Posted January 4, 2014 Hi, I'm currently in the 7th year of my H1B and working full time(permanent position and not consulting).My company filed my PERM application and I have an approved I-140 with an old priority date of late 2009 from my previous company perm application.I'm currently on maternity leave and hence thinking of opting for part-time due to baby bonding issues.Considering my above immigration status,can you please advise if I can convert to part time?Will it have any impact on my PERM process..if so,what will be the impact?
