can I attend the interview alone?

I am applying for H1. I have family with 6yr old daughter. Will the chances of getting visa at embassy interview goes good when I go with family or will it be Ok to go alone. I am planning to go alone for now and then later plan for my family.
Any thoughts?

If your family also has to attend visa interview I would suggest to go together.

It will be easier on them if they attend with you although you may certainly appear by yourself.
