bob_11_1985 Posted August 28, 2011 Report Share Posted August 28, 2011 Hi I am currently on OPT and working in a IT company, i have my OPT till december 2012, when is the best time for applying for H1B. Is it true that we need to go to India once we get our H1B, as i heard that there is a new rule from last year november that they take away our I94 and we need to go to INDIA get our Visa stamped and get a new I94 before the old I94 expires.
