Passport Expiry for US Re-entry

Hi,

I am planning to travel india in the month of Feb 2014 for 2 week vacation and will be returning back on March 3rd 2014;

I have visa stampping until Nov-15-2014 and my passport getting expired on Oct-8-2014; is there any problem during port of entry while coming back to US?

 

During port of entry my passport will be valid for 7 more month for furture date;

Please confirm so that I can decide whether to travel india or not.

You have to have 6 months Passport validity while u enter USA. You are good. COme back and apply for passport renewal.
