Change of status from H4 to F1 - F1 stamping in India and chances of getting stamped.

I came to USA on H4 status. Applied to change of status from H4 to F1 and was approved. H4 was void in the month of october 2013. Completed my course work in Fall 2013 and will be on CPT from January 2014 but currently am not on CPT.

Due to some emergency purpose I wanted to go India, please let me know what questions will I face during F1 stamping in India and chances of getting stamped. Please suggest me in this regard.

Why CPT?? why not OPT??
