Administrative processsing for F1 renewal

HI, I have taken my interview at US Consulate in Toronto on 16th December 2013. They handed me 221g (green slip). I sent all the required documents that have asked for. So far, I have not received any information on my case and also no updates on the website. I was wondering how much time it may take for administrative processing in my case. Also, does this vacation time delays it too?

Their is no time frame for 221g.

Thanks, I have searched and I understand that there is no standard time for ad proc, just wanted to know if there is a average time ppl get it?

 

Also, am concerned about getting green 221g, have seen on forums that ppl w/ F1 ad proc. get yellow...?

 

Is there any harm in emailing them or will it delay my processing, like reset it?

No harm in mailing them. But, their response would be a standard one.

No their is no harm. But don't send the mails continuously.
