Me and my wife both are on H1B and we are visiting India next month. Can we both attend Visa stamping at the same time as family. Or we need to attend on different time and dates.

The dates are open from Jan 2nd week thru Feb ending. I booked for 1/28.

Paying the fee is through Axis bank or by NEFT

Yes, if you have an Indian bank account and they provide NEFT payment option. If not, you could ask your parents or relatives to pay for you by visiting a local Axis bank with a copy of your passport and DS160 confirmation page.
