H1B transferred question on my stamping

Dear All,

 

I have transferred one H1-B petition from employer A to employer B in April 2013, I started working with employer B since May 2013, however my Visa stamping in my passport is for employer A and valid until Sep,2014, in this circumstance I need to go out of united states to my country India for an urgent personal issue, So my question here are below:

 

1, Do I need to get the stamping for the new employer?

2, If no stamping required, what are the documents I need to carry? My spouse and kid as well coming with me.

3, What should I answer port of entry while returning back if they as about the new employer stamping.

 

Please help me.

You have to have an approval notice for B

Thank you very much Sir. I will be returning to US soon with my old employer Visa and new employer petition I797B, I will let you know in case if I faced any issue.
