RC_Taurus
Hi Seniors My employer (A) had filed H1B petition for me in April 2012.. the petition was approved ... I had to leave the organization ...Employer (A) revoked the petition. I don't have receipt number / case number etc. I travelled with my wife as a dependent (L2) in Nov'2013. My question : 1. Can I retrieve my petition number / receipt number in any way ? my employer (A) wont share it with me. 2. Can a new employer (B) use the approved petition for my H1B stamping ? 3. If I join the employer (A) back.. can they utilize the same petition.. that (LCA) project position is gone ? Till what time after first approval can the petition be used? Looking forward for your assistance. Thanks Link to comment

New petition has to be filed as it was revoked by employer A. Why don't you apply for EAD on L2 and work based on that? Link to comment
RC_Taurus
can I be cap exempted even If I am unable to get the previous petition number ? I checked FOIA, it said I need to be a petitioner or an applicant .. while I am the beneficiary and my previous org is Petitioner/Applicant ? Link to comment
