vivekmvs Posted December 26, 2013 Report Share Posted December 26, 2013 hi, I am on L1A working for a compny since May 2012 and recently i got married in USA. My spouse is on Green Card EAD. Am i qualified to apply for Green Card EAD? I would like to have a suggestion on how do i proceed with this? If Qualified should i apply for EAD and what are my chances to get this?
