H1B Stamping in Ciudad JuarezMexico

I am planning to go to Juarez for stamping  my H1B  next week  (its an extension from the same employer,i got my first H1b stamped in India) .I have a few questions.

 

1)Does any one know the available dates?

 

2) How many days before the visa interview  i need to go to  CAS to get finger prints and digital photographs?

 

3) As i have valid i797 and i 94 i am not getting a Mexican visa to go to Juarez ,so if my visa is approved how many days does it take to get my passport and in case of 221g what are my options?
