I am using the following link to book the interview dates (Please confirm!) https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ 2. In the petitioner information section, What should I fill in the "petitioner's name" field? (My name or my employer's name??) 3. In the petitioner information section, what should I fill in for "Start date" ?? 4. In the petitioner information section, what should I fill in for "receipt number" field?? 5.
