samonline.1586
Hi Guys, Few days back Company B has filed H1B Transfer, but unfortunately It got denied. It states two reasons, 1. E-E relation 2. Speciality occupation. Technically I'm still with Company A Here's the structure Company A(employer)-->Company B(company wish to transfer)--->Company C(Prime Vendor)--->Company D(end client). Question: In denial it mentioned "The decision resulting in denial of form I-129 leaves the beneficiary without lawful Immigration status". As per my company B, I need not to worry, as I'm in still on status and Company A didn't revoke, and still with them. I would really appreciate if you reply only if you are fully aware of this scenario. Thank you Sam Link to comment
