L1A visa - Travel to India

My L1A visa and I-94 are both valid until March 28, 2014. I plan on going to India on a holiday for 2 weeks and will return around Feb 10, 2014.

 

Will there be any issue at the port of entry because my I-94/visa is valid only until March 28th?

 

Or will it be advisable to travel to India only after my I-94 extension is approved.

 

Please advise.

You should be fine. If possible then get your extension approved.
