mailsend2kiran
Hi, Mine is very rare case, I had applied H1B through one of the consultancy in 2009 and got 221(g). Consultancy didnt give me complete documents and i kept quiet. After span of one month i had to go for B1(2009) visa through my working employer (ABC) and which was also rejected. Then after span of about two year again applied for B1 (2011) and result is the same. Then moved to XYZ employer. After joining, about 8 months appiled for b1(2012) and her also for my bad luck same results. With same XYZ company they are asking me to apply once again, so i am not sure whats reason behind rejections and if i apply this time will there be same. Have around 10yrs of experience. Help me to get rid of this situation. IF any visa consular who can help me is also welcome. Regards, kumar Link to comment
JoeF
Everything is in your file. The H1 issue was obviously the trigger. You signed up with a shady consulting company, and that is now coming back to bite you. The consulate obviously thinks you have immigration intent, which is not allowed for a B1/B2. You need to discuss your situation with a good immigration lawyer. Link to comment
