Finished stage 1 NORI at CGI, NY--Relocated to Houston--Can I do stage 3 via CGI, Houston as i am currently under houston jurisdiction?

Dear All,

 

I finished stage 1 via CGI, New York and then I had to relocate to Houston and finished stage 2 while in houston.

Can I do stage 3 via CGI, Houston as i am currently under houston jurisdiction?

Will they accept the NORI copies i have or they will ask me HARD COPY?

Can I ask CGI, NY to give a copy of NORI they received to submit them to CGI, Houston?

 

Please help me know from your experiences. I would sincerely appreciate your reply.

Yes . Sure .You can proceed with Houston consulate. Usually they will ask for a photocopy only. I have done all stage I at Houston and moved to Atlanta and done the final stage there.
