F1 stamping in Canada/Mexico in Canada/Mexico

Hello-

 

I finished my first masters in August 2013. I haven't applied for OPT. My F1 visa is expired and Sevis is teminated. Now can I go for stamping to Canada/Mexico or should I go back go India to get F1 for my second masters.

My F1 visa for 2nd masters was approved in vancouver. you can go to Vancouver. He asked me to show

1. fee reciept for 2nd semsester registration

2. 1st master transcript

3. financial docs

4. Travel I-20

Good to know about the list of documents being asked. I'm attending the same, but in India.

 

Could you please let me know apart from the list of documents mentioned here, what else should I be carrying?
