H1 and H4 Extension

My H1 and my spouse H4 is valid till 27th Feb, 2014. I am in USA and she is in India. My employer will start the extension process in Jan 2014 start.

1. She will come back to USA on 27th Jan, 2014. Will there be a problem during immigration at USA airport because she has only 1 months validity left for her visa.

2. Does she needs to be in USA to start her H4 extension process.

3. What is the processing time for H1 extension & H4 extension

4. What will be the processing time for Premium filling of H1 & H4 extension.
