I have to travel to India end of this month and when I ll be coming Back I have to my stamping done in India..Is this good time to travel as diplomatic tensions raising between USA and India? Does it affect my stamping in any matter? I m on H4 and traveling with my daughter..

No, current tensions will not affect your stamping.
