L1 Individual Petition Denied: Options

Recently I got L1A individual petition denied by USCIS. Petition was filed in Sept 2013, got RFE in Nov 2013

and later got Denial in Dec 2013

 

Last year my L1B individual petition was denied in Dec2012. I have B1/B2 valid up to 2023

 

My question is can my employer files new L1A Blanket Petition? If Yes what should be cooling off period?

 

any other option available to me?

No cooling off period is required. However, the adjudication standards for a blanket case are higher than those of a standard petition. So, unless your employer has better evidence to provide, or can improve the application, it may be difficult to get the case approved.
