nkimidi7y
Hello, Is it advisable to travel to Puerto Rico if H1 is not stamped? I have this visa since October 2012, but havent been to India to get it stamped. Thanks Link to comment
JoeF
Puerto Rico is part of the US. Travel to Puerto Rico is the same as travel to New York City, Boston, Miami, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Honolulu. Ask yourself, do you need a visa stamp to travel to Los Angeles? If not, then you don't need one to travel to any other location in the US, including Puerto Rico. Link to comment

I was there back in April 2013. TSA agents just checked my DL Link to comment

Can I travel to Puerto Rico with just the approval letter & a DL & my passport with no visa stamped in it ? Link to comment

Do you need a visa stamp when traveling to New York, or Los Angeles??? If not, then you don't need a visa stamp to travel to Puerto Rico! It really isn't rocket science... Link to comment

Just do some research and you will know it. Link to comment
nkimidi7y
jd_gajera I havent travelled to PR. But just many other replies above you can travel to PR. (Lawyers too confirmed it). If you are on H1-B, generally people scare us saying you should not and all. But you can travel PR. Link to comment
