RameshThammanna
Hi, I was working in USA for 1 year and then came back to India. My H1B visa expired in the month of Sep-2012. I have quit the employer who had sponsored my H1B. Now, I would like to get my H1B transferred and extended. 1. Would this be possible? 2. Will my case get Cap Exemption? 3. Can this forum suggest/recommend any firms which can help me in getting the visa transferred and extended? Awaiting your replies. Regards, Ramesh Link to comment

Regards, Ramesh Yes, a new employer can file a cap exempt H1B petition and you would get remainder of 5 years. You have to look for employers. That is your job. Link to comment
