Multiple H1B

Hello Everyone

 

I am currently working for a University on non capped H1B and my visa stamping was valid till June 2013 and i applied for an extension with the same employer till 2016 .Along with that i have another capped H1B that was approved on 11/15/2013 and valid till 2016,this will be active only when i start working for my new employer in a month .My question is if i travel out of country and i get my H1B stamped for current petition will that in any way affect the other petition that was approved?After i move to a new employer and travel outside do i need to get my visa stamped again?
