H4 Issue with marriage certificate - Urgent

I have been married from past 9+ years and it was a court marriage at that time and have the marriage certificate and my rituals happened after 3 years and I have marriage certificate for that day also. If the cousellor asks for the date which one should i mention.

 

On the basis of my court marriage i have taken a visa once

 

Do let me know its urgent day after tomo is the interview

Today my wife went for the interview here are the question asked by VO

 

1. How long you are married

2. Where does your spouse work 

3. Were you in US earlier

 

Then VO said have a safe trip back and took the passport.
