Hi Friends,

 

I would appreciate an answer to this as I am so confused after reading so many forums. I am a consultant and work in CA where as my employer is in NY.

 

What should i fill in the below

 

ds-160 where do you intend to work?

 

Address : Client/employer address?

 

Phone No: Client/employer phone no?

 

Does this have to do anything with my LCA at all.

Just mention the client address as per LCA and Employer address for the question in the page before this page.

If asked by VO just explain your situation and dont think too much as the fault is in the vagueness of the question.
