Withdraw the Change Of Status Application

Hello,
 

I applied for my change of status(from F2 to F1,  I-539 ) on June 20th 2013, and I got an RFE Dec 4th and I have to reply for RFE by Jan 3rd 2014.
 

Due to family emergency my wife travel to India so we want to withdraw the application.
 

Could you please what are steps/process involve in-order to withdraw the I-539 Application.
