H4 Visa Fee

My wife is planning to attend H4 in Hyderabad Consulate.

1) Is We can pay Visa Fee at Axis Bank at any Branch in Hyderabad?

2) Or we can pay it outside of Hyderabad towns at Axis Bank?

3) Is applicant mandatory to go to axis Bank and Pay fee or anybody can go?

1. I believe yes. But, always ask at the counter.

2. Refer answer 1.

3. Nope. Anyone can pay on the applicant's behalf. Just carry a copy of passport, DS160 and confirmation page.
