What are the chances to get successfully my and my daughter's H4 stamping done in India? We just got extension approval..is there any chance for rejection? One more important thing is that,I am not very good in English.Does it make any problem for my stamping?

Everything depends on H1B's documents. If they are good then there are no issues. If you not comfortable with English attend the visa interview in the language you are comfortable with.

H4 is depended on H1, so if your husband's H1 and immigration record is clean and clear then you are good to go.

Be sure to have all documents. If your spouse has any questions about what to provide you, he should check with his employer's immigration specialist.

 

Once you arrive in the US, be sure to check with social service agencies for English language lessons. It will make your stay nicer.
