Filling DS-160 form

I'm filling DS-160 form for my parents. This is the second time I'm filling the form. When I filled for the first time, the VISA got rejected. It was 1 year back and things got changed now. Could you please tell me whether the DS-160 form details should be same as before?

If things have changed after the first filing then it could be different.
