dino384@gmail.com
Hello , I need your advice . My Immigration Status: Master from "Profit Originattion" Regular H1B applied and approved under Master Cap "May 2008" 140 approved under EB-2 with same employer "Aug 2013" H1B Extension need to be applied for above approved petition ( Regular H1B (2nd extension) , going to expired on Jul 15th 2014) before July 2014. My Questions: Will there be any problem if i do extension at that time as it was applied through Profit organization university ? If no, will they consider extension on my I140 ? And If yes, then what would be good option to avoid that ? Can i apply new H1 for next 2014 Apr1st (and my current h1 is still july15th 2014) ? Any answers to above questions are greatly appreciated . Thank you in advance for your help ! Thanks Link to comment

You need to talk to an immigration attorney asap. Link to comment
