Employment Issues for H4

Hi all,

I am on H4 and have a masters degree from US as well. I get interview calls too from employers that do sponsor visas but they dont offer employment due to H4. Can anybody from this group help me out in how to convince the employers to sponsor for visa? Any advice from anybody who has gone through the same thing.
