I am getting married in the U.S. I will apply for H4 visa post marriage. But I need to travel to India at the same time. Can I travel when my H4 visa is in process? Please advise. Thanks!!!!

If you travel it would mean your COS petition is abandoned. To enter US on H4 you need to apply for a H4 visa at an US consulate.
