Hello,

Please help me out to understand the process.

 

I am currently working in company "A" on H1B visa, got a job in company "B". Company B filed a "nonfrivolous" H1B petition but I didnot recieve my H1B receipt notice/receipt number yet. Can I start working with company B with out receipt notice/receipt number.

Nope, you cannot. Though you are allowed to start working for company B based on receipt notice it is wise to wait for approval.
