I-130 filed for wife - Tax Return questions

My details:
1. I am US Citizen. 
2. In july 2013 I married a girl in India.
3. My wife has never been in US.
4. I have filled I-130 for her in Sept 2013

I have following 2 questions for my 2013 tax return:
Question 1 Do I need to specify my wife as my dependent on my tax return? (Note: She has never been in US)
Question 2 Do I need to file as Married filing separately ?

There are many complexities to tax laws with respect to foreign nationals and applicable tax treaties.  Some of the questions would be in regards to whether your wife is working or not and filing taxes outside the U.S. or not.  As posted you need to consult with a qualified, experienced tax accountant (not just specialist) to ensure you are filing your taxes correctly.

Use a CPA or "enrolled agent". An Enrolled agent is a US income tax specialist.
