Canada visiting visa form US H1b Questions

Hello,

 

My H1 B I-797 / I 94 has been expired more then 3 months ago and currently its in under process of RFE,

 

During this time i wana apply Canada visiting visa. 

 

My question is : 

 

Can i get the visiting visa approvals with out valid my H1-b  I-797 / I 94 ? 

 

And what kind of document's required for apply Canada visiting visa ?

 

 

Please any one would clarify.

You can show RFE document or receipt that its still pending, submit your previous 797 as well. Again in the end it all depends on VO how they see your case. Good luck.
