H4 - F1 COS Urgent

 I submitted my documents for COS from H4 to F1, I submitted a copy of I20 but not the original I20 form. From forums i came to know that i have to submit the original I20, Can i send the original I20 with Attn: receipt number to the service center address ?

 

  Anyone tried it ? I am already late from my new sem, Please suggest its urgent. I just got the receipt number yesterday.

You should defer since your term has already started.

You can study on H4 just fine. Why are you late?
