Opt Stem Extension Denied

Hi 

My current OPT extension expires  on SEP 25^TH , 2013.

 

I HAVE APPLIED FOR OPT EXTENSION I-765 APPLICATION FORM  ON JULY 3rd ,2013.

RECEIVED RECEIPT FOR THE CASE TO MY ADDRESS.

 

AUG 09^TH IN STATUS , RFE WAS ISSUED FOR THE CASE SENT TO ADDRESS , BUT NOT RECEIVED .

ON AUG 28^TH , I HAVE CONTACTED THEM REGARDING UNDELIVERED RFE MAIL, THEN SEVICE REQUEST IS CREATED TO RESEND RFE MAIL ,

ON SEP 11^TH  I GOT AN EMAIL THAT I WOULD GET RESPONSE IN 30 DAYS.

 

ON SEP 13^TH , STATUS ON USCIS.GOV SITE : MAIL GOT UNDELIVERABLE ,CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE,

 

ON SEP 19^TH CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE , AGAIN REGARDING RFE ,NEW SERVICE REQUEST IS CREATED.

 

ON SEP 30^TH , GOT E-MAIL : SAYING WILL GET RESPONSE BY OCTOBER 30^TH .

BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. FOR THIS I HAVE CONTACTED ON NOV 4^TH , THEY SAID ME TO WAIT UNTIL NOV 8^TH . IF NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE THEN WE WILL GENERATE NEW SERVICE REQUEST . 

 

But on Nov 7th on Uscis site , status shows denial and letter was sent to the address. (status in the stage : DECISION)

Then I have contacted Uscis on Nov 8th to resend service request for RFE .

 

Nov 21st Status show mail was undeliverable , and STAGE from DECISION moved back to INITIAL REVIEW .

i have contacted USCIS On nov 22nd to resend mail .

Mean while i have contacted law firm and applied MOTION TO REOPEN On nov 27th .

 

I have checked couple of times with USCIS regarding my address verification everything is fine , and usps looks fine , 

 

it seems like now i am in out of status , how long i have grace period to stay ? 

 

Can i apply for admissioin into another school?

 

My sevis in school shows complete, and how long do i have in this case without any problem .

what are my chances of case being opened.?

 

Once opened with MTR , can i work if my case is in pending ?

Pleas help me out with this case. and suggestions if necessary .

 

Please let me know with the things to don and what not to do in this case.

The reason for your STEM denial is FRAUD university...i believe

HI my university is not fraud , and its' a public university.

 

And i have filed motion to reopen on nov 29 th through a lawyer and now i got denied that one too .

Can some one give me suggestion regarding my next step .

 

Do i need to apply for a school and transfer my status?

Is there another option to file case again?

Go home, get work experience, find employer willing to file H1B in April
