t75
H1Bs are gone until April(Ocr) 2014 and depend on the requirements of the job offered. H2Bs, IMO, are harder than H1Bs to obtain but others may have a different opinion. Immigrant visa requires sponsorship. Culinary arts is not normally a BS degree program. Hotel management is. Seek a consultation with an immigration law attorney for a better analysis of your situation, Link to comment
JoeF
Nobody can review a case on the Internet. You would have to schedule a consultation with a lawyer. An M1 is for vocational studies, and such studies can not be used for an H1. An H1 requires the equivalent of a 4-year US bachelor degree. Link to comment
