H1B Transfer Query

I have a valid H1B Visa from Company A and travelled to U.S through company A. I have also had H1B Transfer approved petition documents from Company B done H1B transfer before I travelled to US through company A. Now I am planning to move to Company B.

 

here my query is if I move to company B what are the documents I need to submit and Company B need to submit any paper work to USCIS?

Company B has to file a cap exempt petition and on approval you can join company B.
