Hi Experts,

 

My Name is Girish Jaiswal, I have pursued my Diploma after 10th in Industrial Electronics. This is a 3 years full time course. Thereafter I have experience of 12+ years of experience in IT development as an application and now as Microsoft SQL Developer. I have also pursued my Bachelors in Computer Application for VInakya Missions University which is Approved by IGNOU and DEC bodies here in India.

 

My question is:

1. Does my profile suites for filling an H1B. If not which areas do I need to improve.

 

2. If my company is filling my L1-B under specialized skill set which are the most essential points of lookout should I look for in the letter which I would carry for the visa interview.
