Phone call from cop . what is next

I got a phone call from a cop . he said that he got a complaint from my doctor's office that i threatened their office that " i will come there and blow your office " 

 

It seems like lady in the office just lied this to cop . 

The truth is that i was just giving them a feedback because they took money for a past bill which i already paid . this is what i told " if you can't run a system in proper way please shutdown and go for some other business" . I explained this to cop and cop told that he is going to mark it as i never said any threatening words to the doctor's office. 

what should i do next to make sure that i didn't get a bad record ? i am not a US citizen nor a green card holder 

will i face some issues when i file I 485 ? 

after travelling to my home land and coming back up US ? how to make sure that i am clear from the legal stand point. 

What should i do if my visa is got rejected because of this simple reason which i am totally innocent
