Hi,

 

In 2007 , I applied for H1B and i was notified that my case got suspended.

 

This year , my new H1b got approved (yet to go for stamping) and I am getting married in December. My fiancee already got her H1B stamping in October.

 

What is the best option for me to get my visa H4 OR H1?

If you want to stay in home then H4. If your employer who filed H1B has a job and you would like to work then you need to enter on H1B

But , what is the success rate of getting my visa if i go for H4?

As my h1 is already appproved, Will he ask about my H1?

How much time it will take for converting H4 to H1 ?

Having an approved H1B petition will not affect the outcome of your H4 visa.

Current scenario it would take 4 to 5 months to convert H4 to H1B by regular processing and 15 calendar days by premium processing.
