What do you mean when you day planning to go to India to get stamped. So you will go to India and then again apply for F1 ( fill DS160/ app fees etc) and get it stamped ? Why not wait for COS to complete and then go for stamping Link to comment
danik
Sometimes COS takes longer time than expected. In my opinion, you should wait for some more time. It is not guaranteed that you will be approved your visa in India. Most of the long waited approvals are coming these days. just be patient. Link to comment
