just4work
I have a H1B visa. I don't have a project for the last 6 months. My employer is not running my pay stubs as well. What are the consequences which can happen and what are the preventive measures I need to take? Link to comment

On H1B employer has to pay you whether project is available or not. Filing a complaint against employer with DOL is the only way to help you out in this situation Link to comment

So only a complaint against your FRAUD employer will help you at this time. Link to comment
