H4 Visa stamping question on Ds-160

Hi everyone,

 

When filling out Ds160 for H4 visa. below principal applicants name there is information requested that says " Application Receipt/Petition number". Which receipt number should i put in ( I-797 receipt number  for H1B (principal applicant) or the I797 receipt number for H4).

 

The same question arises when booking the appointment. The same question is been asked again(Petitoner name , receipt number)
