H1B transfer while in India

Hi,

I have a H1B from Company A and stamped till Sept 2015. I traveled to the US and returned recently.

Another employer B based in India is willing to do a H1B transfer. And one more employer C based in the US is willing to do a H1B transfer as well.

1) Can both the H1B transfers from employer B and C happen together? 

2) And if the offer from employer C who is based in US is better, Can i choose it and travel from here?

Please advice. Please let me know if there are any risks involved. Thank you

Yes, both employer can file a cap exempt H1B petition and you can decide later on whose petition approval you would like to enter US and work.

@sangeetha.r44, please note that when you are in India, there is no such thing as H1b transfer to company B or C. But like jairichi said, either employer can file cap exempt H1b petition (it's fresh H1b, but it is cap exempt).
