Attorney_15 Posted December 16, 2013 Report Share Posted December 16, 2013 In the situation described, one could try asking DOL to re-issue the LC. One could also try filing the I-140 with a printout of the certified application, with the signatures of all parties and explain to USCIS what happened and ask USCIS to request an original from DOL. One would also want to start a new LC case with the DOL in case such an I-140 is not approved. Quote Link to comment
syamp24 Posted October 29, 2020 Report Share Posted October 29, 2020 My lawyer lost my 9089, and now he says he cant apply for my 485 as 9089 is not there. and i need apply for duplucate How can i get the duplicate copy of 9089 from DOL, can i apply by myself or need lawyer for this.
