H1b stamping in Jamaica

I am planning to go to Jamaica for this first week of Dec ..

 

1. Does any body give me some ideas what forms need to fill out  ..

2. I want to know about accommodation and nearest motel

3. I cam USA on f1 and that visa expired in case I did not get h1b stamping how can I go to India ..

 

Please answers these questions that will be great helpful
