Chances of approval of my Request For Reconsideration to CO

Hi, 

Can you please provide your answer to this question: 

My PERM got denied due to failure to list one of the experience required for the job. My lawyer forgot to list one of my experience which is important to prove that I have enough experience for the job requirement. Now I sent the missing exp letter and the lawyer filed Request for reconsideration to CO. 

What are my chances for getting an approval by the CO and not forwarded to BALCA? 

 

Note: My PERM did NOT have any audit.

Hi, 

Did you get approval by the CO with request for reconsideration? I am in the same boat. Did not add my certificate and training details in the application and it got denied.
