How likely is a staffing company to go after client company?

Hi I am working for a contract/ staffing company based in Florida. I am placed to work for a client in MD. Staffing company and client company have an agreement to not offer permanent employment to me. Client company is offering me temporary employment under H1B regulations. I will resigning from my staffing company. In a week or two after resigning from staffing company can I work directly for client company? How likely is it that they will find out and sue the client company and also come after me?
